3Dio FS Free Space
Capture audio how humans hear it with 3Dio's FS Free Space binaural stereo microphone. Using a pair of electret condenser microphone capsules embedded inside each modeled ear canal, Free Space is powered by a 9v battery with 300+ hours of operational life. No special cables are needed: the audio outputs from a standard 3.5mm TRS that can be fed into a camera or other audio input. Included in the box is a 3.5mm TRS–2x 1/4" TS cable. Whether you are recording ASMR, spatially accurate field recordings, or acoustic testing, the 3Dio FS Free Space microphone is the perfect binaural recording solution.
