Arturia's Keylab Essential 61 Mk3 is an updated MIDI controller that features aesthetic and functional updates that make this, well, essential to any studio production or live performance rig. Like their smaller siblings, the Keylab Essentials now feature a Scale Mode, which will quantize your playing to a particular scale, a Chord Mode like the one found on the KeyStep 37 that generates chords with a selectable number of chord tones, and a fully-featured Arpeggiator. Not only that, you get a redesigned housing that is environmentally friendly, using a minimum of 40% recycled plastic on the build, and fully recyclable packaging—all of which reduces their material carbon footprint by 18%.

Control is paramount with the Keylab Essential 61 Mk3, and you get loads of it—with 9 encoders and faders, 8 pads, transport controls that tie to your DAW, and a brand new 2.5" screen to see what's happening at all times.
