The Black Lion Audio B12A Quad is a four-channel preamp, inspired by vintage American console preamps that packs a punch while delivering clear amplification. It brings together vintage tone and modern technology for a killer preamp. The B12A Quad features Cinemag transformers on the input and output stages which provide up to 70dB of warm, characterful gain for your audio. Two front panel high-Z DI inputs work great for adding harmonic interest to guitars, basses, or synthesizers. Each channel features both input gain and outlet level, plus +48V phantom power, polarity reverse, and 10dB pad. The output is low noise but with a full, rich sound that is sonically interesting and pleasing.
