The Cranborne Audio 500ADAT is an eight-slot 500-series case, eight-channel ADAT expander, and summing mixer. Use it to expand the number of I/O channels on your ADAT-equipped audio interface, with the added benefit of eight slots of 500-series modules. Route audio through your 500-series modules into the summing mixer with options for ADAT, analog, or C.A.S.T. The C.A.S.T. system links multiple Cranborne Audio devices over Cat-5 cable.

Get eight channels of ADAT at 96kHz or four channels at 192kHz. Clock the 500ADAT from the incredibly accurate and stable internal word clock, or sync it to an external BNC word clock or over ADAT. The eight 500-series slots each feature XLR in and out, as well as a TRS jack for an insert. Send audio directly to an artist with the zero-latency artist mixer that includes two aux buses to blend in with DAW playback. The dual headphone driver features reference-quality performance and linear frequency response even down to 1Hz. Power all your 500-series equipment with the robust 2A power supply that delivers 250mA per slot.
