The Darkness is a stereo reverb with a few shadowy tricks up its sleeve from moody synth experts Dreadbox. Darkness can produce shimmering and pitch shifted reverbs that can be dynamically gated for eerie ryhthmic effects and wide stereo fields.

With a 32-bit, 44kHz digital effects processor at its core, Dreadbox's Darkness pedal is a high-quality reverb that can variably shift the pitch of its reverb tail +/- 12 semitones with ease. A locking switch freezes the input and loops the signal for huge washes of lush tone, and the modes allow you to choose between variable gate options as well as LFO modulation for evolving and morphing effects that are sure to inspire hordes of nightmare creatures to dance outside your windows late at night.
