Electrosmith Daisy Pod

Start learning audio programming with Electrosmith's Daisy Pod Breakout Board. This compact package provides all the basics to get started with the open source Daisy platform for audio development, without needing to worry about breadboards or knowing how to design circuits. The Pod offers dedicated Audio I/O with stereo 3.5mm jacks, as well as TRS MIDI input and a separate headphones output. Add real time control over your programs with the built in buttons, pots, and LEDs.

Daisy is an open-source platform for audio programming. Programs are primarily written in the C++ programming language, but Electrosmith included support for exported Max/MSP Gen~ patches, Heavy compiled Pure Data patches, as well as Arduino library wrappers, and more. No prior programming experience is needed to get started with Daisy, as there are several example programs available. Start by editing one of those to your liking, and over time gain understanding of how Daisy works to design your own oscillators, effects processors, and more.
