Model:Samples from Elektron is a six-track sample-based groovebox with a ton of features. In addition to a compact and lightweight design, Model:Samples also features Elektron’s groundbreaking sequencer. It also ships with tons of professional quality samples and preset patterns, more than enough to get grooving right away.

Shipping with over 300 preset sounds, Model:Samples features everything from traditional kicks, snares, and hi-hats, but also contains more esoteric flavors that take beat creation to astonishing new heights. Even better, samples can be tweaked on-the-fly thanks to a tactile design and thoughtful control layout. Not personal enough? Model:Samples sports a microUSB port so users can expediently drop their own custom samples with ease.

In terms of controls, Model:Samples enjoys a sophisticated front panel layout with dedicated knob-per-function orientation. Simply grab a knob and let ‘er rip, the rest practically writes itself. Additionally, an array of velocity-sensitive pads afford even more options.
