Empress Tape Delay Pedal
The Empress Tape Delay offers three flavors of huge analog-like delay in a small package. It employs algorithms found in the famed Empress Vintage Modified Superdelay, but with a simplified control set which is easy to use and incredibly musical. The three tape modes, New, Vintage, and Old, impart different flavors as the delay feeds back, and the Delay Time/Ratio control responds wonderfully when manipulated by hand or used with tap tempo. Beneath the surface, an Advanced Configuration mode allows a user to switch between true bypass and buffered bypass with trails, as well as to produce crazier sounds when delay time is changed.
