The Clarett 4Pre+ from Focusrite is a new-and-improved audio interface based on their renowned Clarett series, providing a stellar experience for any level of studio recording and playback. Four combo XLR and 1/4" inputs and four line level 1/4" inputs brings tons of flexibility to those recording voice, guitar, synths and more! Clarett 4Pre+ is perfectly suited to give your sound a clean polish by supplying four remarkable microphone preamplifiers with switchable all-analog Air circuits, borrowed from Focusrite's famed ISA mic preamplifier. Plug your guitar or bass in for a clean and genuine tone color; the Hi-Z JFET instrument inputs imitate the transparent and wide frequency span of your typical guitar amplifiers.
This new version of the Clarett improves upon its independent A-D and D-A converters for more crisp and precise recordings, and with a completely revamped D-A converter, you'll get to hear even more detail with an increased dynamic range up to 124dB! Four upgraded line level outputs empowers your workflow to reference an extra set of monitors or process your signal with outboard gear. Providing room for expansion with ADAT optical and S/PIDF connections, the Clarett 4Pre+ is a sure bet for completing any recording rig.
