Providing flexibility and sound that are unmatched, the Heritage Audio HA-609A is a compressor/limiter for dual mono or stereo applications, whether it be tracking, mixing, or mastering. Each channel contains identical controls, and can easily be linked at the press of a button, but the HA-609A can be treated as two totally separate dynamics controllers in one box. The limiter section features 20 dB of range, with slow or fast attack settings, and adjustable release times with two options for auto-release. The compressors feature adjustable threshold from 20 dB below to 20 dB above 0, with 20 dB of makeup gain available after the fact. Both the limiter and the compressor may be bypassed individually on each channel, along with global bypass switches for quick comparison to the dry signal. With all of this and more, the HA-609A is a full-featured compressor/limiter with the potential to be the cornerstone of any studio.
