Keeley Mk3 Driver

The Mk3 Driver from Keeley Electronics expands on the territory explored by their limited-release AT MOD to deliver a flexible drive circuit for blues-driver style break-up and clipping. Keeley's history of hot-rodding Boss BD-2s to accentuate response and voicing is deep, with the Mk3 Driver being one of their most versatile units. Designed with Andy Timmons for ideal compatibility with humbucker pickups, the Mk3 driver is ready to help you cut through the mix with a surprising range of drive and fuzz-like tones.

While the intuitive three-knob design of a classic blues driver gives you easy control over your timbre and tone, the two AT/RK switches provide further depth for finding your perfect drive. The AT/RK tone switch cuts lows in AT mode and emphasizes lows in RK mode. For the drive switch, AT mode provides asymmetrical silicon diodes from the AT MOD, while RK mode implements germanium diode clipping for darker, fuzzy weight. Adding further flexibility, switch between buffered and true bypass effortlessly, or experiment with the 9 to 18 V operating power to dial in headroom. If you're looking for a drive built to inspire, the Mk3 Driver is ready to rock with high quality tone and flexible functionality.
