Korg Nautilus

Comprising many of the sound engines and capabilities from Kronos, Korg's Nautilus workstation is a streamlined performance keyboard that doesn't sacrifice its sound capabilities. Nautilus isn't simply a cutdown Kronos—it brings an abundance of new piano and sound libraries to the table, boasting more sonic content than any other Korg product to date! The nine sound engines from Kronos flesh out its sound capabilities, ranging from traditional pianos, organs, and more to compelling synthesizer algorithms ranging from traditional analog to FM, and even physical modeling. This 73-key instrument features a fast, synth action keyboard with velocity and aftertouch.

What makes Nautilus special is Korg's attention to detail in designing a performance-friendly workstation instrument. A Dynamic control skews your playing across the spectrum to light and sensitive for solo performances, to full-blast and standing your own in a full band setting. Many of the important parameters of each sound are available to be controlled via the six Realtime knobs, and can be recessed into the panel when you don't want to accidentally bump that perfect setting in the middle of a performance. Navigating Nautilus via its beautiful 7-inch touchscreen is a breeze, but the six assignable Quick Access buttons make it even easier, jumping to vital parameter pages and engaging critical functions like the sequencer and more.

Nautilus also features a fully featured environment for audio and MIDI recording, capable of 16-tracks of each. The audio recorder can capture up to 24-bit/48kHz, and is capable of external and internal sampling, and even resampling capabilities. There's also 16 effect slots, with 12 that can be placed as insert effects across all tracks and timbres, as well as two master effects and two aux send effects. Whether you need a capable workstation for the studio or for the stage, the Korg Nautilus stands ready for whatever you may throw at it.
