Nautilus is the successor to KRONOS, but offers a more streamlined interface that keeps you focused on the music during performances—not diving into menus. For quickly tuning the response of the instrument to the moment, the Dynamics control allows you to scale and curve the velocity to your liking. Turn it to the left for softer delicate moments, or crank it to the right to ensure that you're heard while the full band is playing. Additionally, six assignable real-time controls are available for macro-level or immediate access to essential parameters, while the six Quick Access buttons jump to pages, functions, and other essential places within Nautilus whenever you need to make an adjustment.

As for the sounds, Nautilus borrows much of what was established with KRONOS, with nine engines from its predecessor including the stellar SGX-2 piano sampling engine. Packed with more piano sound libraries than any other workstation, Nautilus has you covered for ballads, anthems, and more. But that's not all, as Nautilus features 16 tracks of MIDI sequencing and 16 tracks of internal audio recording for capturing your ideas in all forms.
