Korg's Volca Beats, part of the beloved Volca series puts powerful analog drum sounds at the tip of users' fingers in a single compact tabletop unit. The unit is capable of creating authentic analog drum sounds in the spirit of classic drum machines, complete with a PCM sound engine. Additionally, the Volca Beats sports an Electribe-style step sequencer, stutter function, active step function, mand step jump function, each of which affords users an expressive means of manipulating sequences. If all that isn't enough, the unit is also MIDI compatible, meaning it can be synchronized with external gear or the user's favorite DAW.
