Making for a great starting point or mixing tool, the PREQ2 features not only XLR inputs for mic signals but can also handle both line and instrument level signals for extra gain and use with the marvelous Maag EQ. PREQ2's first band focuses on honing the lower frequencies of your input with bell-shape boosts of up to +9dB from a selection of frequency bands—the SUB position turns the band into a low shelf centered around 10Hz for maximum sub frequency content and grounding! On the contrary, the second band is Maag's renowned Air Band accentuating the high frequencies of your signal all the way up to 40kHz for a supernatural and lively top end. With double the fun to run stereo or dual mono processing, the PREQ2 is a stellar tool for creating and designing polished sounds for any genre of music.
