Neumann TLM 67 Set Z

If you are looking for a microphone that can deliver that warm tone of the 1960s, look no further than Neumann TLM 67. This large-diaphragm condenser features the same timeless design as the brand's iconic studio workhorse U 67, beloved by so many musicians and engineers. However the fragile tube circuitry of U 67 is replaced by the reliable FET electronics, carefully tuned to retain the unmistakable vintage character. This can be heard in the dynamic response of the TLM 67, which delivers clean uncolored signal up until 105 dB SPL, and after that point a pleasing harmonic distortion is gradually introduced to the signal. At maximum TLM 67 can handle sounds as loud as 125 dB SPL. TLM 67 is a very flexible microphone, suitable for a variety of recording scenarios. This is supported by its three polar patterns, switchable low cut and pad modes, and linear frequency response. Whether you're planning on recording piano, vocals, acoustic guitar, electric guitar through a power amp or a drum set—TLM 67 is the right tool for the job.
