Boasting updated sound engines and a highly immediate interface, Nord's Stage 4 88 is a true flagship instrument, with full-size weighted keys and an abundance of inspiring sounds. Divided into three sections, the Stage 4 gives you completely redesigned sound engines for the Piano, Organ, and Synth sections. Designed to work with the new Triple Pedal 2 and Sustain Pedal 2 with dedicated inputs, while featuring the latest Triple Sensing Keybed, the Nord Stage Piano is incredible for stage or studio.

The Piano engine has an extensive collection of grand and upright pianos along with electric piano sounds with added string resonance features and pedal noise for an authentic acoustic sound and feel. Based on the powerful Nord Wave 2 engine, the Synth section features three independent layers and uses sample-based, virtual analog, FM, and wavetable synthesis to create sounds that are vintage or modern. The Organ section has Nord's incredible simulations of the Hammond B3, Vox, Farfisa, and pipe organs, complete with physical drawbars with LED indications and rotary speaker emulation.

Nord's Stage 4 finishes the signal with a brand new Effects section independent to each layer. Effects include: multiple reverb types including cathedral and spring, a new Spin effect, unique Pump effect, and Space delay, along with others.
