Inside the Constellator are MN3005 bucket brigade devices (BBD), a tried-and-true type of chip at the heart of numerous beloved analog delay pedals. Constellator can produce a range of sounds from chorus and slapback echoes to washy trails of delays at a maximum time of 600ms. Dial in your delay with the Time, Mix, and Repeats controls, and add in the Modulation LFO for chorusing, vibrato, and general warbly effects. The character of this modulation may be changed with the Feel button, affecting numerous LFO parameters including rate. Analog delay has been a staple of guitar rigs for years, and with the Pigtronix Constellator you too can get lost in the sauce of luscious echo trails.
