Pioneer DDJ-400
The DDJ-400 DJ controller from Pioneer DJ features professional controls and technology while maintaining a portable construction. The DDJ-400 works with the Rekordbox DJ software, which provides the audio playback and can customize many of the features of the controller. The layout is arranged in the same way as Pioneer's top-level NXS2 CDJs and features CDJ-style loop buttons.
The center of the DDJ-400 is a two-channel mixer with three band EQ and low pass/high pass filter. The EQ settings can be customized with different EQ types or an isolator. To either side of the mixer are the playable jog wheels which can either be used to scratch or seek. The large tempo sliders allow for beat matching with ease or use the automatic beat sync to matching the timing of all your audio. Bring your mix to the next level with the on-board effects, hot cues, slicer, sampler, and beat looper. The Beat FX feature adds animation to your effects in time with the rest of your mix. The DDJ-400 also works with Algoriddim's DJAY app for iOS and djay Pro for PC/Mac which all link to Spotify premium, which can provide all the audio for your set.
