Presonus Faderport
With Faderport, Presonus have effectively rendered transport control via mouse and keyboard a thing of the past. Faderport features a USB connection and provides comprehensive transport controls that optimize efficiency and enable smoother automation.
Internally, Faderport makes use of a motorized Alps fader—itself boasting 1,024-step resolution and a drive-belt motor. This plus the device’s near universal compatibility with external DAW software makes it an ideal means of achieving more expedient transport control and automation. Users can even create their own custom key mappings, or use Presonus’s Studio One software to use Faderport to control a wealth of plug-in parameters.
