Presonus Sceptre S6

The Presonus Sceptre S6 provides an ultra-precise three-dimensional sound stage with incredible dynamics and precise sound reproduction. The CoActual design uses custom coaxial drivers and onboard DSP for even frequency response and consistent crossover frequency. It ensures symmetrical sound reproduction vertically and horizontally by nesting the high-frequency driver within the middle of the low-frequency driver. The onboard 32-bit/96kHz DSP Temporal Equalization algorithm provides FIR filters that adjust both the time and frequency domains of the drivers for an improved mid-range response.

The monitor excels at accurate transient reproduction that retains phase relationships and dynamic range at any SPL. A four-way Acoustic Space switch tailors the monitor's response to its position in a room relative to the walls, corners, and mixing desk. Use the high-frequency driver to fine-tune the Acoustic Space adjustment. An onboard high pass filter cuts out the low end, useful when using with a dedicated subwoofer. The unique implementation of nested coaxial drivers and advanced DSP provides improved spatial reproduction and stunning accuracy.
