RME has brought their experience with high end studio electronics into the homes of hi-fi listeners everywhere with the ADI-2 DAC, delivering on both quality and performance. This DA converter provides an incredible listening experience with onboard DSP-based signal processing for super high resolution sound and sample rates up to 768kHz.

Featuring ADAT/S/PDIF, Coaxial S/PDIF, and USB connections, it connects to a wide range of devices. Outputs are available on balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA, as well as two headphone outputs. These are equipped for different purposes—one is optimized for in-ear monitors, outputting a lower signal, and the other features RME's Extreme Power headphone technology.

Equipped with SteadyClock technology, the ADI-2 has jitter in the trillionth of a second range, referred to as femtoseconds, well below the range of human perception. A remote control is also included which includes the basic functions needed with a DA converter, including parametric EQ, bass/treble control, and volume levels. Monitor all settings with the crisp and defined screen including parametric EQ, levels, and sources. RME delivers again on quality that builds off their ADI Pro and brings that power to hi-fi listeners everywhere.
