The Rode VideoMic is a shotgun condenser microphone with a super-cardioid polar pattern. It is specifically designed for use with DLSRs, portable audio recorders, and more. It features a pristine ½” condenser capsule that connects to external inputs using a 3.5mm mini-jack. Its super-cardioid polar pattern ensures that all sound directly in front of the microphone is captured in accordance with the utmost quality, while effectively negating surrounding audio.
