The SPD-SX-SE is a sampling percussion pad, perfect for expanding an acoustic drum set or to use by itself as a drum brain. It features nine responsive and velocity-sensitive pads that feel great and a maximum of 20 voice polyphony. In addition to the included drum kits, load samples via USB or live sample via the built-in ΒΌ" input. Sampling is easy, just connect an audio source to the input, hit a pad to start recording and hit it again to stop recording. You can also hit another pad to start recording on that pad and stop recording on the other. Record up to 50 hour mono/25 hour stereo of total wave data at a sampling rate of 16-bit/44.1kHz. The SPD-SX-SE features 21 master and 20 kit based effects. It also features two trigger inputs and MIDI in and out. This great percussion sampling pad is versatile and a great addition to any drummer's setup.
