Worlds collide in this special collaboration between Capcom and Teenage Engineering, channelling the iconic sounds of the classic Mega Man video games in the new PO-128 for the Pocket Operator series. While it is functionally inspired by their PO-28 Robot, its sixteen 8-bit sound engines have been slightly revamped for Mega Man inspired melodies, sound effects, and more. Despite its playful appearance, the PO-128 is a fully performable instrument, including a powerful sequencer capable of parameter locks and punch-in effects for audio glitches, note repeats, and more. We all enjoy indulging in nostalgia, but the Mega Man PO-128 provides the chance to channel those retro vibes into something new entirely.
