Universal Audio Apollo Twin X
Apollo Twin X is an audio interface which allows for superior quality recording in a compact package. The Duo-core UAD plugin processor offers elite A/D and D/A conversion, great sounding analog emulation, ultra low noise, and superior dynamic range. The two Unison mic inputs capture the quality of tube and solid state mic preamps including impedance, gain stages, and component-level behaviors of the classics. The Apollo Twin X features mic preamp emulation from Manly, API, Neve, SSL, and more. Additionally it includes one Unison enabled Hi-Z instrument input, two line outputs, two monitor outputs, and a headphone output. The Apollo Twin X comes with Universal Audio's Realtime Analog Classics bundle which includes amp emulation, EQs, compressors, reverb, and distortion. Connect up to four Apollo interfaces and six total UAD-2 devices over Thunderbolt. Using the optical ADAT/SPDIF input, up to eight additional channels of digital inputs can be connected to the Apollo Twin X.
