Universal Audio's Apollo x8p represents one of the most versatile Apollo series audio interfaces ever conceived, boasting powerful features to cover a range of applications from studio performance to film and sound design work. The x8p was built to deliver professional performance, as it comes equipped with UA's top-of-the-line Hexa processor, packing a walloping six cores of processing power for UA plug-ins. By including DSP capabilties within the interface itself, this allows you to use them in your recording signal flow with ultra-low latency, no matter what your audio buffer is.

The Apollo x8p's stand-out feature is it's inclusion of eight Unison pre-amps which allow you to track through numerous classic preamp models in real time, effectively modeling the preamps right down to their impedance and circuit behavior. With their Thunderbolt 3 connectivity, engineers can combine up to four Apollo interfaces and six UAD-2 capable devices together for enhanced flexibility and booseted processing power.
