WORNG Electronics Vertex
The WORNG Vertex is a stereo VCA that provides a unique means of controlling panning in a Eurorack system. Capable of accepting both mono and stereo sources, the Vertex is yet another powerful tool WORNG created specificially for manipulation of audio's spatial image.
The Vertex is a stereo VCA—but rather than providing a direct "panning" control, it features master control of gain and an additional Skew parameter, which offsets the amplitude of each of its internal VCAs with respect to one another. So as you introduce Skew, the balance of the Left and Right channels shift...creating everything from subtle to dramatic panning effects. When used with a mono source, this is much like a traditional panning control; but when used with a stereo source, it allows for direct manipulation of the level of both channels simultaneously, without the need for additional voltage processing utilities. And of course, with CV control of overall gain and the skew amount itself, both complex spatial animations and overall dynamics become interwoven and immediately accessible.
Vertex is DC-coupled, so it works great with AC or DC signals—and it features enough gain for clipping effects on audio and control voltages alike. Need to control the spatial balance of your audio? The Vertex is a straightforward and remarkably flexible way to go.

- Current draw: 45mA @ +12V, 45mA @ -12V
The Worng Vertex and Parallax both take mono or stereo inputs and their controls have both an overall control and a skew control that adds a difference between the control for the left and right channels. This allows both regular control over a stereo signal or sounds that move around the stereo field. The Parallax is a lowpass filter with 12 and 24db/octave outputs with CV control of both cutoff and resonance.
